Take a look around!

Welcome to Windarring’s Vintage Market shop, our marketplace for many of the unique and vintage items we have on sale.

This initiative helps support our local community and our supported employees and this page will also provide a behind-the-scenes journey of employees working at the vintage market, their ADE stories and micro-businesses.

We look forward to helping you find the next unique vintage item that we know you’ll love!

Windarring's Sustainability Vision

Forming partnerships is core to everything we do. It’s critical to our success and to creating positive change to embrace ways we can inform the community about the impacts to the environment through over consumption. As we grow and evolve, our stakeholders are important voices for our business, and that includes playing a central role in our strategy to provide more employment opportunities for people with a disability. We want to deliver positive benefits for Windarring and the community.

Wholesaling opportunities with Windarring

The Windarring site at Rohs Road, Bendigo is the main collection hub for recycling. Collection bins are placed across Bendigo, Castlemaine and Kyneton. Our employees with a disability sort the clothes and bric a brac that is collected and it is sold to a partner in Melbourne, Southern Cross Recycling. The employees learn a range of skills from driving vehicles, to collecting the recycling material, using pallet jacks for moving recycled goods, cleaning up the bin sites, packing clothing and bric a brac for on sale.
